DRIP (or DRP) is an abbreviation for Dividend ReInvestment Plans. DRIP is an investment plan that allow us to reinvest dividends (to use dividends to buy more stocks) without paying brokerage commissions. Some DRIPs allow purchasing additional stocks, also without paying brokerage commissions.
